1. Who this applies to
This page explains how to delete your Hotspot Hub account (Android app com.hotspothub.app and hotspotqr.com), provided by Projectteamforyou.
2. Delete it yourself (instant)
1) Open the app or https://hotspotqr.com and sign in. 2) Open the Premium tab (or tap your avatar → Premium). 3) Tap "Delete account and data" and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and any web subscription is cancelled. A Google Play subscription must also be cancelled in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
3. Request by e-mail
If you cannot sign in, e-mail projectteamforyou@gmail.com from the address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion". We verify ownership and delete the account within 10 days, then confirm by e-mail.
4. What is deleted
Your e-mail address, password hash, Google sign-in link, trial and subscription status, usage markers and the feedback you sent. Wi-Fi names and passwords never leave your device, so there is nothing of them to delete on our side.
5. What is kept and for how long
Payment records (amount, date, payment ID) are kept anonymised — no longer linked to you — for 5 years, as required by Korean e-commerce law. Hosting providers keep short-lived security logs (up to 30 days). Nothing else is retained.
